Hereis what I did to eliminate 99% of my front end noise: 1. The coolant tank / power steering reservoir is not fastened firmly and if you lift the p/s tank slightly and drop it.. Thunk! I removed the coolant tank bolts and sure enough there is evidence that the "foot" of the tank has been banging on the inner fender.
