Tomb Raider fans who appreciate the stealth and environmental aspects of the franchise will like I Am Alive’s gameplay. Like Tomb Raider, this game focuses on exploration. Climbing skyscrapers and walking through destroyed buildings is a common part of I Am Alive. The game can tend to feel like Tomb Raider set in a large, wrecked city. Honestly, before it got released to PC I used to compare both games and I felt Uncharted 4 looks way more awesome and enjoyable. When I finally played the game after it got ported to PC, i gotta say I am disappointed. Especially the combat system, uncharted 4 seems like a child's play compared to Tomb raider and the same goes for puzzles.

Because on a lot of out of map scenery, the game is definetly showing its age. It's pretty much just a muddy textured steep geometry with 2D spruce trees sprouting, nothing else. For an eight year old meme, a game's graphics holds up brilliantly upvotes to the left please-type posts sure don't hold up brilliantly.

Thats fine. The early Tomb Raiders are a product of their time. Back in the mid to late 90's people were still blown away by the concept of 3D graphics and voice acting, which gave the clunky controls and camera a pass. First off I want to start by saying that I like Tomb Raider (2013). It feels great to play, all of the mechanics work pretty well, and it's fun to run around raiding tombs, finding collectibles and doing busy work. But Tomb Raider seems so at odds with itself, and unbalanced in weird ways, like it started off as one game, and then halfway
